For business decks, I like using TTS as a rehearsal partner. If the generated narration feels hard to follow, the slide language probably needs tightening too.
Use TTS as a rehearsal tool
Before a presentation, convert speaker notes into audio and listen for unclear transitions. If the narration sounds confusing, the slide may need simpler wording.
Check timing before the meeting
Audio length helps estimate presentation time. A section that sounds too long can be shortened before you are in front of the audience.
Create optional leave-behind audio
For training decks or asynchronous updates, an MP3 narration can help teammates review the material without attending a live session.
Before you publish
- Convert speaker notes to audio
- Listen for weak transitions
- Measure section timing
- Keep a final script with the slide deck
Multilingual quick notes
A simple way to try it
Start with one short paragraph from your own project. If the sample sounds clear, keep that version of the script and then record the full MP3. It is much easier to fix one paragraph early than repair a long file at the end.
